But on iPhone, the device in your pocket when you land, Surfshark's own documentation is plain: only website bypassing is available. You can't tell it "leave my ride-hailing app alone." You'd have to know every domain your taxi app talks to, add each one by hand, and keep that list current. Nobody does that. They toggle.
Even where Bypasser works, it's a manual include/exclude list. There's no notion of "I'm traveling in China, route accordingly."
